Here are some useful guidelines that will make your stay better.

  • Please search for "Urbanstay Seomyeon" via Naver map, T-Map, and Kakao Navi.
  • Roughly 70m straight away from “Seomyeon” subway station and its next to Shinhan Bank.
  • Please use the main “URBANSTAY” entrance at ground level.

  • Please present the check in message that you received via mobile or email to the parking office which is located behind the building.
    -Parking fee: 3,300 KRW/night, 99,000 KRW/month

              -An additional fee will be charged if you pull into the car earlier than check-in and pull out the car after check-out time.

  • Parking tower No. 2 (next to the main entrance) operates from 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 6pm weekend.
  • Self-entry and exit is required during weekday 10pm onwards and weekend 6pm onwards.
  • Any vehicle with the size of 5m length, 1.95m width, and 1.7m height 2 ton weight or less is allowed for parking.


       All the vehicles listed below are not allowed for automated parking towers.
       - Carnival, Genesis G90, Benz S class(GLS included), BMW 7 series(X7 included),Sorento,Kia K8,Palisade, Starex or similar sized cars
       - Low sitting sportscar with 200mm or less from under carriage to the ground
       - Vehicles with non-foldable side mirror  

       *Electric or hybrid vehicles are not available due to weight restrictions and safety concerns

      * Parking may not be allowed in addition to the models marked above.

      * Parking is not allowed when the parking lot is full, and please use the nearby parking lot at your own expense.

      * Elevators and parking lots are crowded around the check-out time, so it’s recommended that you check out roughly 30 minutes before the actual check out time. 


Luggage storage

  • It is located at front of the lift hall at Level 2.
  • You will be receiving the password for luggage storage upon arrival via text message or Kakao messenger app.
  • CCTV is installed in the public place of building (hallway and luggage storage room, etc.) for theft prevention and security, but it is a public area, so please store it except for valuables and damaged products.

All Urbanstay branches are contactless and do not have a front desk.

Check-in: From 4pm 

Check-out: By 11am


  • Around 12PM on the day of check-in, you will receive a KakaoTalk message or text message informing you of your room number and door passcode.
  • The door passcode is set automatically starting from the check-in time, and you will only be able to enter starting from the check-in time.
  • Highly recommended to leave the room roughly an hour before the actual check out time to avoid crowds or delay in lift or parking lot.

Light

  • If the room lights do not turn on, check the status of the switch at the entrance to the entrance.

Air conditioning / Heating system

  • Air conditioning can be used with the remote control of the conditioner. 
  • Heating is you may adjust the room temperature using the controller (Underneath the wall pad) at the living room to adjust the heating temperature. Before dialing the heating temperature, please press the heating button until you see the “Indoor”  sign.
  • If you wish to use the hot water, Please dial the hot water temperature after pressing the “hot water” button. 
    Heating and cooling operation may vary depending on local temperature

WIFI

  • ID: urban_room number / PW: urban_room number
    ex. if your rooom numbe is 123 : urban_0123  
  • Please use upper and lowercase letters properly while typing ID & Password
  • You may choose to connect WIFI from the next door if you having trouble with low connection. 

TV

  • Netflix and Youtube is available (Please use your personal account.)
  • If you use a personal account, please make sure to log out before checking out.
  • If screen shows “No Input Signal” 

             ① Please check if the HDMI cable is connected properly to the selected input socket.          

             ② Turn off the power to the set-top box behind the TV, turn it back on, and wait 5 minutes to connect.

  • Induction stove, cooking pan & pot, dishes & cups in different size, utensils (chopstick, spoon, etc)
    We do not provide chargers, hair straighteners, skincare products, condiments (salt, pepper, etc.), etc. 
    You can’t cook the food that generates lots of smoke (meat, fish, etc.). (The fire alarm may go off.)

The following amenities are provided 1-time at check-in regardless of the length of your stay.


  • Disposable in-room slippers * 2EA
  • Bath Towel * 2EA
  • Lyfe Project shampoo, conditioner, body wash  - Large bottles are placed in the room

    Starting from 2022, disposable toothbrushes and toothpastes will not be provided in accordance with government regulations, and bathroom amenities have been changed to large bottles. 

The following amenities are provided 1 time throughout your stay. You may request additional amenities for the extra nights through our customer service.

*When you request it, the maximum quantity that we provide is limited up to 3 nights

*These policies will be applied from 6/1


  • Bottled water 500ml * 2
  • Coffee machine and capsule * 2EA 
  • Face Towel * 6EA (2 additional towels will be provided for stays of 2 days or longer)

Additional amenity request

If you need additional amenities after receiving  all the amenities within your stay.  You may request it more with the following charges. Please ask the customer service.
