  • Search " Le Collective Siheung wave park”" on  Naver Map, T Map or Kakao Navigation.
  • From the main bus stop of MTV wave park, It takes 2 minutes by taxi / 13 minutes by walk 
  • To find the back entrance: Start from the main bus stop of MTV Wave Park, walk down the street towards the BONITAGA Complex Mall, then turn right at Turtle Island The Ocean Plaza building(please continue down the street until you  arrive at the building)
  • To find the front entrance: From the MTV Wave Park main bus stop, head straight to the Golden Bay Plaza.

Parking

  • Complimentary parking is available on B1F-6F, with a maximum of one vehicle per room.
  • If you use additional vehicles or do not register for free parking, you will be charged 1,000 won per 10 minutes.
  • Please make sure to apply for free parking registration by clicking the link on the check-in message before outgoing your vehicle
  • Electric Vehicle Charger: Installed on B1/1F.

       * The elevators and parking lot are very busy around checkout time, so please give yourself at least 30 minutes as you exit.

       * Parking is not allowed when the parking lot is full, and please use the nearby parking lot at your own expense.

Luggage Storage

  • Luggage storage room : Lobby(4th floor), Next to the lobby desk.
  • You will be receiving the password for luggage storage upon arrival via text message or Kakao messenger app.

  • CCTV is installed in the public place of the building (hallway and luggage storage room, etc.) for theft prevention and security, but it is a public area, so please store it except for valuables and damaged products.

Convenience store(Emart 24)

  • Location: 1F
  • Operation Hours: 24 hours(Employee on duty time: 7:00AM~13:00PM& 16:00~24:00PM /Contactless payment only time: 12:30PM~16:00PM&24:00AM~7:00AM)
  • Please understand that it is difficult to purchase alcoholic beverages during contactless operation hours and  Operating hours might change depending on the circumstances

Panorama Pool

  • Location: L floor(4F)
  • Operating hours: Daily 7AM~23PM
  • Admission fee :  Adult: 20,000 / Child 15,000 KRW(Aged under 48 months)
  • How to book:

    (1)Purchase  the room package(Package purchase is not available on the same day)

    :  Please visit the Pool/ Sauna reception desk. After checking your check-in message, you can use the Swimming pool.(Package purchase is not available on the same day)

    (2) On-site reservation

    : Please visit the Pool/ Spa reception desk. After checking the reservation status, the desk will help you to finish the on-site payment(Credit card Only)


*You can't re-entry when exiting, and swimsuits/swimming pool toys are not rented.

*There may be a delay  of entry depending on the Maximum capacity of the swimming pool.  

*When you're using the changing room, you can only use the  same locker as your key number. Please keep your locker room key in case you lose it (Loss of the key will incur a fee)


Private family Pool(Hammam Spa)

  • Location: L floor(4F)
  • Operating hours: Daily 7AM~23PM
  • Spa Maximum capacity : 4 people
  • Admission fee :  50,000 KRW(Pre-booking price) / 60,000 KRW (On-site booking price)
  • How to book:

    (1)Reservation by phone 

    :  Please call the Pool/ Sauna reception desk until 8PM the day before the desired date of use. (telephone reservation is not available on the same day) 

    (2) On-site reservation

    : Please visit the Pool/ Sauna reception desk. After checking the reservation status, the desk will help you to reserve private pool and finish the on-site payment(Credit card Only)


*You are unable to alter the schedule or reserved time. 

*If you need to store your belongs and clothes, you can use the space inside the spa, and you cannot use the changing room and locker of the swimming pool. 

*On-site reservation is not available once it is fully booked. If you have further inquiries related to on-site reservation on the same day/ How to use the facilities, Please contact the Pool/ Sauna reception desk.


Private family Sauna(Nordic Spa)

  • Location: L floor(4F)
  • Operating hours: Daily 7AM~23PM
  • Spa Maximum capacity : 8 people
  • Admission fee :  50,000 KRW(Pre-booking price) / 60,000 KRW (On-site booking price)
  • How to book:

    (1)Reservation by phone

    :   Please call the Pool/ Sauna reception desk until 8PM the day before the desired date of use. (telephone reservation is not available on the same day)

    : Please visit the Pool/ Sauna reception desk . After checking the reservation status, the desk will help you to reserve private sauna and finish the on-site payment(Credit card Only)

Contactless Service & Operation

Check-in Guide


All Le Collective branches are contactless and do not have a front desk.

Check-in : From 4PM

Checkout : By 11AM

  • Around 13PM on the day of check-in, you will receive a KakaoTalk message or text message informing you of your room number and door passcode.
  • The door passcode is set automatically starting from the check-in time, and you will only be able to enter starting from the check-in time.
  • Highly recommended to leave the room approximately an hour before the check out time to avoid crowds or delay in lift or parking lot.

Lighting 

  • If the room lights do not turn on, Please check the status of the switch at the entrance. 
  • When using induction, make sure to turn ON the ELEC device.

Air conditioning / Heating system

  • Air conditioning: You can be used with the remote control of the conditioner. 
  • Heating : you may adjust the room temperature using the of the wall pad in the room

              ① Touch the Power button 

              ② Increase and decrease the temperature with Up and  down button


  *Hot water is available 24 hours, but if you are unable to use it after waiting for more than 5 minutes, please contact our customer service.
